Our design and engineering team produce production drawings, bill of quantities and a production schedule from the agreed specification documents. This will identify accurate split lines, fixings, edging details, delivery dates etc. Once complete, this design pack is ready to go into production.
Additional information provided at this stage is item weights, loading, fixing locations, handling instructions etc. this feeds into Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS) for offloading, site storage and installation.
Engineering encompasses reinforcement design, type, fixings, spans, cover etc. Specifying a mix design if none available or not matching other items e.g. floated floor.
Detailing component interfaces, fixings and sequence of construction are key elements of what we do to make your project be a success.
